The only recipe I have is for "Featherlight Scones" which I have yet to try out. But, I've heard really good things about them:

3 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. milk
1 cup cold butter
1 egg
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
sugar for sprinkling

1. Combine flour, powder, soda, and salt into bowl.
2. Cut in butter to firm coarse crumbles.
3. Stir in egg, yogurt, and vanilla.
4. On floured surface kneed 6-8 times.
5. Roll into a 9-inch circle and cut into 8 wedges.
6. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
7. Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
8. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
9. Eat and enjoy :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
